2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to provide our recruitment services, including identifying suitable candidates for client roles, introducing candidates to prospective employers, managing the recruitment process on behalf of both parties, and corresponding with you about relevant opportunities. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests in operating our recruitment business, and in some cases your consent where explicitly given.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with prospective employers where you are a candidate, but only with your knowledge and in connection with a specific opportunity. We may also share data with third-party service providers who support our operations, all of whom are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.
4. International Transfers
Our primary market is the United Kingdom. Where we operate internationally, including in the UAE and North America, any transfer of personal data outside the UK will be conducted with appropriate safeguards in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain candidate data for a period of 12 months from the date of last activity. Client contact data is retained in accordance with our contractual and business administration requirements. Data is deleted or anonymised securely once the applicable retention period has expired.

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable.
